This year, Souper Sunday celebrates the soup itself, with a cooking demonstration by historic foodways specialist Susan Odom of Cedar, Michigan. Odom's interests as a historian include exploring 19th century cooking techniques, recipes, and concepts.
In addition to Odom's mouthwatering presentation, attendees will enjoy homemade soup, breads and sweets.
